Website Information
WildMaven Gallery is the second website I was hired to design and develop for artist and photographer Marian Murdoch. The website was built to create an online presence to compliment the gallery's physical location in Washington state.
Website Features
- Content Management System
- A CMS is a system designed to simplify the publishing of content to your web site. It allows content to be created, modified, and deleted without requiring technical knowledge of HTML, CSS or other web technologies.
- News / Announcements
- A News / Annoucement system is a specific CMS designed to allow you to manage news, and other information that relates to your website or business. Typically, visitors can comment on articles posted, download PDF versions of press releases, and more.
- Image / Photo Gallery
- Image galleries allow website admins to maintain a categorized set of images that are easily added, modified, or deleted. Visitors of the website can navigate through and view images by clicking on thumbnail versions which are created automatically via the control panel.
